I started seeing Kristin a few months ago. I moved from out of state and feared I would not find a provider like my prior one. However, from the beginning I was treated with compassion, dignity and respect. I had always thought something was wrong with me but she provided insight into my diagnosis and I am so appreciative!

JoAnna is the best! Understanding, kind and excellent at her job.
Between finding out what my real diagnosis is (Dr. Hoops) and having a great medication manager (JoAnna) and the phenomenal office staff, (Venus) it has been life changing. I recommend this team to assist in anything related to behavioral health. It’s so important to get this right.

Dr. Hoopes is an excellent doctor. He is the only one I trust with my medication. He listens and knows exactly what to do to improve my condition. I will only go to him.

My recent contact with Dr. Hoopes made me realize that even when things are bleak I am not alone or without help. I have painful social anxiety and the medication that he prescribed many years ago was a perfect fit. As I get older there are other issues too that affect me now. Dr. Hoopes is a good listener with an open mind and knows how to get you feeling better again. Lots of experience. I highly recommend Livewell Psychiatry and Dr. Hoopes as a good place to start if you are needing help.

Dr. Hoops was VERY informed about all of my needs, I could tell he actually read my medical history I provided. He was also very helpful at describing what medication he was using and why, and he laid out a very comprehensive and comfortable plan for me that I am confident in moving forward.
