To refill a prescription, call your pharmacy and request a refill, or use their online refill services.
To see how many refills you have left, check the label on your medication bottle.
If your medication bottle says there are no refills it means one of the following:
- You recently had an appointment and your refills will have a different tracking number from your previous fill. You will need to speak with the pharmacist and confirm that a new set of prescriptions have been forwarded.
- You are overdue for an appointment. If you do not have an appointment, call our office immediately to schedule one. You may ask the pharmacy to send us a request for a refill and it will be reviewed once you have set an appointment.
